ANUNT DE RELUARE A PROCEDURII DE ACHIZITIE,
MONTAJ SI PUNERE IN FUNCTIUNE INSTALATIE DE COGENERARE
SC CHIMCOMPLEX SA BORZESTI, cu sediul in Onesti, str. Industriilor, nr. 3, cod postal 601124, jud. Bacau, tel: 0234 – 302475 / 0234-302171, fax: 0234 - 302002, anunta reluarea procedurii de achizitie avand ca obiect „Achizitie, montaj si punere in functiune instalatie de cogenerare” pentru implementarea proiectului “Instalatie de cogenerare II”, cod SMIS 40100.
1. Procedura aplicata: procedura de achizitie se deruleaza in conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului 1120/15.10.2013.
2. Sursa de finanţare a contractului de furnizare: proiectul este cofinanţat din Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională prin Programul Operaţional Sectorial 2007 – 2013 ,,Creşterea Competitivităţii Economice” - Axa prioritară 4 si din bugetul national.
3. Tipul si durata contractului: contract de furnizare cu o durata de aproximativ 15 luni, de la data semnarii contractului.
4. Valoarea estimata totala este de: 9.560.500 EUR, fara TVA.
5. Criteriul de atribuire: oferta cea mai avantajoasa din punct de vedere economic.
6. Oferta depusă de ofertant: va conţine obligatoriu documente de calificare, oferta tehnică şi oferta financiară, conform cerinţelor descrise în documentaţia de atribuire.
7. Data limită de solicitare a clarificărilor: 15/01/2014, ora 16.00. Răspuns la clarificări: până la data de 17/01/2014, ora 16.00.
8. Preţul ofertei: va fi exprimat ferm în EUR, fără TVA.
9. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei: 90 zile de la data primirii ofertei.
10. Limba de redactare a ofertei: romană sau engleză.
11. Data si ora limită pentru depunerea ofertelor: 22.01.2014, ora 12.

SC CHIMCOMPLEX SA BORZESTI, headquartered in Onesti, Industriilor Street, no. 3, zip code 601124, Bacau county, phone: +40234 - 302475/+40234 - 302171, fax: +40234 - 302002, announces you to participate in the reopening procurement procedure involving “The procurement, mounting and commissioning of the cogeneration plant" for the implementation of "Cogeneration plant II" project, SMIS code 40100.
1. Applied procedure: the procurement procedure is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Order no.1120/15.10.2013.
2. Funding source for the supply contract: the project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Sectoral Operational Program 2007 - 2013, “Economic Competitiveness Growth", Priority Axis 4 and by the national budget.
3. Type and duration of contract: supply contract with a duration of approximately 15 months since the contract signing date.
4. Total estimated value is: 9.560.500 EUR, no VAT.
5. Award criteria: the most advantageous tender in terms of economics.
6. The tender submitted by the tenderer: will contain mandatorily qualification documents, technical tender and financial tender, according to the requirements set in the tender documentation.
7. Deadline for requesting clarifications: 15.01.2014, 16.00 hours. Reply for clarifications: until the date of 17.01.2014, 16.00 hours.
